Credits are tied to your plan and may reset monthly. We may monitor usage to prevent abuse and ensure fair access.
You retain rights to uploaded designs and generated mockups. Paid plans may grant additional usage rights. Content may be processed/stored temporarily to provide history and re-downloads.
Some preset images and example assets displayed within the service are sourced from publicly available materials on the internet. All rights remain with their respective creators and copyright holders. If you believe any asset infringes your rights, please contact support@mockup-make.com and we will promptly remove it.
The service, software, branding, and site content are owned by us and licensors. You have a limited right to use the service under these terms.
Payments are handled by third-party processors. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for quality, but do not guarantee results will meet every requirement or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend/terminate access for violations or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance.
